I am preparing for an upcoming assessment and since it is to be my first experience being assessed I felt like I needed some help. Initially I was concerned about spending $42 on a fairly lengthy book. I wasn't sure if it would help and I didn't know if I would have the time to read i|From the Author|This Second Edition has the usual edits to improve the first one--and additional chapters, such as information on video-based assessment centers. I think the improvements and additions make it a good choice for those who have the first edition.
